Color and color schemes are both incredibly important to advertising and art direction in advertising. Selecting the right colors can oftentimes determine whether or not an ad is appealing at all.

I selected the Absolut advertisement because I found the color scheme to be absolutely beautiful. Anyone that sees this ad will certainly give it their attention, at least for a moment. The oranges, yellows and reds work together as an analogous group, and the green helps the bottle pop out and catch the eye, taking advantage of the complementary colors.
